Natalie Rachel Faison, the beloved founder of Reflections Cleaning Enterprises, passed away suddenly on May 13, 2024, after a long battle with complications from an illness. She was 39 years old.
Born on December 8, 1984, in Chicago, Illinois, to Rita Faison and Michael Evans, Natalie was the heart and soul of her family. She devoted her life to caring for her children, Xavier (16) and Leah (almost 13), raising them in a happy and loving home. Natalie was married to Jermayne Rose for several years, and they continued to have a good co-parenting relationship.
Natalie’s early life was marked by her education in Chicago’s Hyde Park neighborhood, where she attended St. Thomas, Kozminski, and Murray Language Academy grade schools. She graduated from Thornwood High School in 2003 and went on to obtain a Bachelor’s degree in Speech Pathology from Southern Illinois University in 2008. Natalie and her mother were both baptized at the Apostle Church of God in Chicago and attended there for many years.
As an adult, Natalie moved to Aurora, Illinois, where she became a member of Victory Cathedral Worship Center. Her dedication, passion, and unwavering commitment to excellence laid the foundation for her business, Reflections Cleaning Enterprises. Natalie’s legacy continues to inspire her staff as they strive to uphold the high standards and values she instilled in the company.
Natalie’s passing has deeply affected her community. Reflections Cleaning Enterprises LLC shared their grief on Facebook, stating, "It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of our beloved founder, Natalie Rachel Faison. She was an inspiration to many, including myself, with her unparalleled ability to offer guidance and support. Her soul was a shining light that filled every room with warmth and positivity."
Friends and colleagues also expressed their sorrow. Ashlie Evans wrote, "I have been walking around in a daze of disbelief. I am so so sorry to all of her family and everyone that knew her." Adrian Sieja added, "#myfriend #mypartner I am so so sorry to all of her family and everyone that knew her."
In honor of Natalie, her family has organized a fundraiser to support her children’s future. The GoFundMe campaign, led by her mother Rita Beck, aims to raise $30,000. The family has also planned a memorial service on May 30, 2024, at the Victory Cathedral Worship Center in Bolingbrook, Illinois, where they will celebrate Natalie’s life and her journey home to God’s loving embrace.
Natalie is survived by her children, mother, sister Taryn Kacey, and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. Her passing is a profound loss to all who knew her, but her spirit and legacy will continue to inspire those she left behind.
