The late Jim Dunnam, affectionately known as "Jimbo," was a Senior Loan Officer at First Security Mortgage Services and a proud father of three. His unexpected passing has left his family and community in deep sorrow. Jim was a beloved figure who attended Fernandina Beach High School and left a lasting impact on those who knew him.
A fundraiser titled "Dunnam Family Funeral and Memorial Fund" has been created by Brooke DiCampli on behalf of Michele Dunnam, Jim’s wife. The goal is to raise $20,000 to help alleviate the financial burden on his family during this challenging time. Jim leaves behind his wife, Michele, and their three daughters, Karis, Keegan, and Kiersten.
Marcus Compton expressed his condolences on Facebook, writing, "I offer my heartfelt & sincerest condolences to Jimbo Dunnam’s family & friends." This sentiment echoes the widespread grief and support from the community.
In lieu of flowers, cards, or gifts, the fundraiser aims to provide financial support to Jim’s family, reflecting the collective desire to honor his memory and assist his loved ones. The community is encouraged to donate any amount, as each contribution is appreciated and needed.
Additional details about Jim’s funeral will be shared soon. Meanwhile, the family is in need of all the love and strength they can get during this difficult period.
Jim Dunnam’s legacy of kindness and dedication to his family will be remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
