Erik Morris was tragically taken from our lives on May 14, 2024, when he died in a horrible car accident. Erik was a shining light for friends and family that knew him. His endless optimism and fearless lifestyle were an inspiration to us all. He was always trying to bring a smile to everyone around him. He didn’t like seeing anyone sad and went out of his way to make them happy. He was always thinking of others instead of himself. His love of God, family, friends, America, dogs, and just about anything else he encountered will surely be missed. Our world will never be the same without his light in it.
Ralph Brown is organizing a GoFundMe fundraiser on behalf of Tami Cagle to help get Erik’s four children together in Northern California to attend their Dad’s Celebration of Life in late June 2024 and to offset some of the other costs that may come up. The family is so appreciative of the love and support they have received during this difficult time.
At this time, the fundraiser has raised $30 of its $5,000 goal, with Shannon Pingree being the first donor. The family has requested that the fundraiser not be shared on social media but encourages personal messages to those who would like to help.
Erik’s family and friends are coming together to ensure his children can attend his memorial and celebrate the life of a man who brought so much joy and light to those around him.
