The late Yadira Blunt, who studied at Arizona State University, was a beloved member of the San Diego community. She was married to Allen Blunt since December 12, 2021. Her sudden and unexpected passing has left her family and friends devastated.
Yadira’s sister, Courtney Blunt, has organized a GoFundMe campaign to celebrate Yadira’s extraordinary life. The fundraiser aims to support the family with service-related costs and honor Yadira’s wish to have a grand celebration of her life. The campaign is just beginning, with a goal of $1.
Lizette Ortiz shared her thoughts on Facebook, saying, "Thank you for your beautiful soul and positive impact you made in this community. God’s light shined so brightly in you and I am so grateful for all the laughs, chats, and encouragement you brought in my life and in your classes. You are truly loved and missed, Yadira Blunt."
To further support Yadira’s daughter Ivy, contributions to her trust account can be made via Zelle to Beyond Pilates Studios or Venmo to Brad Nayfack. This trust will help Ivy compete in cheer and later attend college.
The community is encouraged to send flowers and cards, but donations to the GoFundMe campaign are preferred to help the family during this difficult time. The family appreciates all the support they have received over the past week and hopes everyone will join them in celebrating Yadira’s life.
"On behalf of the family, thank you for all of the support throughout this past week, and we hope you will join us in celebrating the extraordinary life of Yadira Blunt," Courtney Blunt expressed on the fundraiser page.
Yadira Blunt will be remembered for her vibrant spirit and the positive impact she had on everyone around her.
