The late Manuel Palacio Uran, only 39 years old, lost his life during a severe storm that ravaged Houston. The storm’s fierce winds and a fallen tree destroyed his home, leaving his family devastated and without a place to call home.
Manuel was born on March 31, 1985, in Medellín, Colombia. He was a dedicated and loving family man, known for his kindness, generosity, and unwavering support for those around him. He loved nature, healthy living, and animals, and was a passionate advocate for the environment. As a construction professional, Manuel contributed greatly to the community through his work, helping to build and improve the lives of many.
He leaves behind his wife, Johanna, and his extended family, who are now facing unimaginable grief and uncertainty.
In this time of sorrow, Juliedy Baez is organizing a fundraiser to help support Manuel’s family. The funds raised will go towards funeral and memorial expenses, rebuilding and relocation costs, and immediate living expenses for Johanna. The goal is to raise $11,000 to provide much-needed relief to the grieving family.
Every contribution, no matter the size, will make a significant difference and provide comfort as Johanna begins to heal from this devastating loss. If you are unable to donate, sharing the campaign and offering prayers and thoughts are equally valuable.
Thank you for your kindness and generosity during this heartbreaking time.
