Emily Lynn Schmidt of Perham, Minnesota, passed away on May 20, 2026, at the age of 35.
Born on May 12, 1991, Emily touched many lives with warmth, kindness, and lasting memories.
Emily is remembered by children Jefferson and Elsie, parents Mark Schmidt and Tammy Niehaus, siblings Tim Schmidt of Perham, Elijah Schmidt of Perham, Doug Gardner of Georgetown, and Michelle Anderson with Josh.
Emily was preceded in passing by grandparents Dale, Judy Schmidt, Al, and Betty Niehaus, as well as uncle Chuck Niehaus.
Visitation will take place on Saturday, May 30, 2026, from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Schoeneberger Funeral Home, 100 Jake St, Perham, MN 56573.
A prayer service will follow at 3:00 PM at the same location, with arrangements under Schoeneberger Funeral Home.
