The fundraiser has nearly reached its goal, with £980 raised out of £1,000 from 30 donations. Brooke Collick contributed the highest donation of £100, expressing the shared sentiment of loss and support.
Friends have taken to Facebook to share their memories and condolences. Danny Fyffe wrote, "I wrote this for you mate x it’s a shame you had to go so soon you will be very much missed and never forgotten but I’ll see you again on the other side are days ain’t done yet have my word on that boyo… rest easy brother."
Other tributes reflect the deep affection and respect for Kain. Liam Williams commented, "Sorry man he was a good man," to which Fyffe responded, "he was one of a kind I tell u that much."
