Sheralee Ann Noveck Fetterolf, 61, of Oak Ridge, Tennessee, passed away on September 17, 2024, after a long and difficult battle with multiple sclerosis. Sheralee, affectionately known as Sheri, was surrounded by her closest family and friends during her final moments, passing peacefully as she had hoped.
Born on January 16, 1963, to Martin and Renee Noveck in Trumansburg, New York, Sheralee’s life was full of love and connection. Her family moved to Winter Park, Florida, during her childhood, where Sheri later graduated from Colonial High School in Orlando. She eventually relocated to Tennessee to be near her brother, Mark, and fell in love with the beauty of Knoxville. It was in Tennessee that Sheri met and married Paul Shepherd, and together they had a daughter, Olivia. After their marriage ended, Sheri returned to Florida, where she met the love of her life, Levi Fetterolf. Together, they moved to Oak Ridge, fulfilling Sheri’s dream of living in a peaceful, close-knit community. The couple enjoyed 20 happy years of marriage.
Sheralee’s warmth, creativity, and quick wit made her a beloved presence in any room. Whether working with guard dogs, showing horses, bartending, or helping in the pet department of Walmart, Sheri found joy in people and animals alike. Her kindness and compassion touched all who knew her.
A GoFundMe page has been organized by her husband, Levi, to support her final expenses. So far, the community has shown their generosity with contributions, including donations from Linda Kline and Dawn Davidson.
Sheralee leaves behind her husband Levi, daughter Olivia, son-in-law Malaki, and her cherished grandchildren Gwynevere, Freja, Levi, and Willow. She is also survived by her father Martin and stepmother Laura, as well as her brother Mark.
The family plans to hold a Celebration of Life in Sheralee’s honor at a later date.
