Rachelle Self LeMoine, Devoted Mother of Three Remembered for Strength and Love After Passing Away Following a 13-Year Journey With Cancer
Rachelle Self LeMoine passed away peacefully on Friday, February 27, surrounded by family after a courageous 13-year journey with cancer.
Family members shared that Rachelle showed remarkable strength throughout the years while remaining deeply devoted to loved ones.
Rachelle was cherished as a daughter, sister, niece, cousin, aunt, and loyal friend whose presence brought warmth to many lives.
The role closest to Rachelle’s heart was being a parent to three teenage sons, Kael, 18, Karson, 16, and Kayde, 13, whom Rachelle lovingly called “sonshines.”
Friends and family described Rachelle as a caring and dedicated parent who gave endless love and support to the boys throughout their lives.
Following the passing, organizer Tania Salinas created a fundraiser to help support the children with funeral costs, housing, and daily needs during the difficult transition ahead.
In the fundraiser message, loved ones shared that their hearts are broken but also expressed comfort in knowing Rachelle is now resting in peace.
Many supporters have already contributed and shared words of sympathy while encouraging others to keep the family in their thoughts and prayers.
