Community Remembers James Weeks, Known As Mr. James And Mr. Target, After Unexpected Passing
James Weeks, warmly known as Mr. James and Mr. Target, passed unexpectedly, according to a fundraiser created on Sunday, 17 May 2026.
Kelsei Frazier organized the fundraiser, “honoring Mr. James aka Mr. Target's legacy,” with gifts in memory of James Weeks set to help their mother, Joan, with care and healing.

Community members remembered James for a welcoming smile, kind service at Target, extra stickers for children, and a caring presence that made routine visits feel personal.
The post said James served as Joan’s main caretaker, while two brothers and a sister have stepped forward to help during this difficult time.
