Gabriel Sanchez, born August 18, 1999, passed away on May 15, 2026, at age 26 in Calais, Maine.
Family and friends gathered for visitation on Tuesday, May 19, 2026, from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Mays Funeral Home, 26 Church St, Calais, ME 04619.
A celebration of life followed at 6:00 PM at the same location under the care of Mays Funeral Home.
Gabriel was preceded in death by spouse Rebecca Cyr Sanchez, grandparent Norma Wallace, great-grandparents John and Evelyn Hannon, and relative Stephen Cantelli.
Gabriel leaves family including Tracey Wallace, Troy Wallace, Krystal Mann, Maya Mann, Kaylee Wallace, Daniel Cyr, Joanne Cantelli, Coburn Wallace, Justilano Sanchez, Ian Cantelli, Jennifer Cantelli, Peter Cantelli, Marie Cantelli, Troy Cantelli, Sandra Harley, Maria Rayes, Annie Sanchez, Diamond Morris, and Uzziah Morris.
Loved ones also remembered Gabriel’s cherished companions Kinsley, Buddy, Cole, Jax, and Tiny.
