Francisco Mata Remembered By Peoria High School Wrestling Community As Funeral Fundraiser Supports Family After Sudden Heart Attack
A fundraiser created today by Irene Haro seeks support for funeral expenses and immediate family needs after Francisco Mata died unexpectedly from a heart attack.
The campaign, titled Support for Francisco Mata’s Funeral & Family, has raised $240 of its $8,000 goal through 4 donations.
Francisco held a cherished place in the Peoria High School wrestling community, where friends remember kindness, dedication, and a lasting positive impact.
Irene Haro and Tony Dominguez, family friends and wrestling team parents, are helping support Francisco’s loved ones, including Francisco’s mother, Lillian Mata.
The family plans to announce memorial, obituary, and funeral service details at a later time.
