Emmanuel Farmer of Clayton, Delaware, Remembered After Monday Night Motorcycle and Jeep Collision in Dover
Emmanuel Farmer, 22, of Clayton, Delaware, lost life on Monday night, May 25, 2026, after a motorcycle and Jeep Wrangler collision in Dover.
The incident happened around 8 p.m. near Lepore Drive and North DuPont Highway, a heavily traveled area with steady evening traffic.
Investigators said the Jeep Wrangler was making a left turn onto Lepore Drive from North DuPont Highway while facing a flashing red arrow.
At the same time, Farmer was riding a southbound Yamaha R1 motorcycle along North DuPont Highway, and officials said the Jeep moved into Farmer’s path.
Emergency responders took Farmer to a nearby hospital, where Farmer later died from the injuries sustained in the collision.
Authorities have not released the Jeep driver’s identity, and Dover police continue to review evidence while no charges have been filed.
Memorial service details will be announced at a later time, and family members are expected to share obituary and funeral service information soon.
