Dmitri Doncev, 45, Ecaterina Doncev, 44, Emily Doncev, 14, and Mark Doncev, 7, passed away Friday morning while traveling to a family wedding in South Carolina.
The Doncev family immigrated to the United States in 2008 and made Greenfield, Massachusetts, their home.
Their community remembers them for faith, kindness, dedication, and the care they shared with relatives, friends, coworkers, classmates, and church members.
Dmitri served as a Registered Nurse at Holyoke Medical Center’s Mental Health Unit and showed compassion to many people in need.
Ecaterina brought creativity, strength, warmth, and devotion to family and community life.
Emily earned straight-A grades and carried a quiet, thoughtful spirit that touched family, friends, and teachers.
Mark, born at 26 weeks, showed determination and brought joy, love, and laughter to those around him.
A memorial fund organized by Anatoliy Bublik has raised $12,330 toward a $50,000 goal through 52 donations to help with funeral expenses and transportation from Virginia to Massachusetts.
