Cristian C. Mata, 23, of Beaumont, Texas, Remembered With Memorial Gathering and Graveside Service Scheduled for June 2026
Cristian C. Mata, of Beaumont, Texas, passed away on June 12, 2026, at the age of 23.
Cristian was born on July 9, 2002, and shared meaningful time with family, friends, and the Beaumont community.
Loved ones remember Cristian for the moments shared, the memories created, and the lasting presence carried by those who knew Cristian.
Cristian was preceded in death by grandfathers Jose, Carmen Castillo, and Aureliano Mata.
Cristian’s family includes parents Beatriz Castillo Mata and Felix Jose Mata, siblings Aurelio Mata, Marissa Mata, and Erik Mata, nieces Allison Mata and Isa Mata-Stelly, and grandmothers Vincenta Guillen Mata and Lucia Ledezma Nieto.
The family will hold a memorial gathering on Saturday, June 20, 2026, from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Broussard’s, 1605 N Major Dr, Beaumont, TX 77706.
A graveside service will take place on Sunday, June 21, 2026, at 2:00 PM at Rest Cemetery, 13851 US-90, Beaumont, TX 77713.
