She was always ready to help those in need, demonstrating her generous nature.
In a heartfelt Facebook post, Maria Quijano expressed, "Heaven gained an angel…….you were always there for me and everyone else…… R.I.P Tina O’Sullivan … Love you homegirl. You will forever be in my heart." This sentiment was echoed by Rosie Martinez, who remembered Tina as a sweetheart who was always helping people.
Tina’s death has led to a wave of grief and remembrance among her friends and acquaintances. Debra Orum confirmed on Facebook that Tina was the beloved girl who worked at the Market, leaving many heartbroken. Cydne Flynn shared her sorrow, "I just saw your posts. I’m devastated. I’m sick. I loved her so much. So sweet & such a good girl. Bless you a thousand times over Maria for taking her & making her last years happy."
To honor Tina’s memory, her family has organized a GoFundMe campaign, spearheaded by Kathleen Osullivan, to raise funds for her final expenses. As of now, $600 has been raised out of the $11,000 goal. Kathleen expressed deep gratitude for the support, emphasizing that any remaining funds will be distributed among Tina’s children.
Tina is survived by her parents John and KK, her sisters Kitty and Erin, her children Serenity, Charlie, Katelynn, and Andrew, and her grandkids Quentin, Brian, and Charlie. The family’s appreciation for the prayers and helping hands during this difficult time is immense.
Larry Viramontes, a friend, also mourned her loss, promising, "RIP Tina, one day I’ll tell your son about our stories. Till we meet again."
