In response to this tragedy, a GoFundMe campaign was created by Jenifer Peters to support Thatcher’s family with the burial costs. The fundraiser aims to raise $3,000, and as of now, $685 has been raised from 16 donations. Dana Wylie made the top donation of $100, while Courtney King was the first to contribute with $50.

We would like to help his family by showing love and support through providing them assistance with the cost of burial.
