The late Stanley Jennings was a cherished member of the Pompano Beach community. Tragically, Stanley passed away on June 26, 2024. His sudden death has left his family and friends in profound grief, struggling to cope with the loss and the unexpected financial burden of funeral expenses.
Stanley was known for his humble, charismatic, athletic, loving, and giving nature. Despite his long battle with mental health issues, he remained a bright light in the lives of those who knew him. Kamikka Lewis shared on Facebook, "Stanley Jennings was a beloved son, brother, father, uncle, nephew, and friend who struggled with mental health issues, and despite his courageous battle, he was taken from us far too soon."
To help cover the funeral costs and support the family during this difficult time, Mariah Louis has organized a GoFundMe campaign titled "Support for Stanley Jennings’ Family in Grief." The campaign has set a goal of raising $12,500, with $35 raised so far from two donations—$10 from Sterling Jennings and $25 from Gregg Glenn.
Mariah Louis expressed the family’s gratitude on the fundraising page, stating, "Your generosity will also allow us to take the necessary steps towards healing, ensuring that we can provide the emotional support needed for each other during this incredibly challenging period. Thank you for your kindness, compassion, and support. We are immensely grateful for any help you can provide."
The community is rallying around the family, hoping to honor Stanley’s memory and alleviate some of the financial pressures they are facing. This support reflects the love and light that Stanley brought into their lives and the importance of collective compassion in times of sorrow.
