The late Phillip Hodge, who recently passed away, was from Louisville, Kentucky. His unexpected death on May 30, 2024, has left his family and friends in deep mourning. Phillip’s girlfriend, Aubreanna Landrum, is organizing a fundraiser to support the family during this difficult time.
Aubreanna shared her heartfelt thanks on Facebook, expressing, "For Everyone That Is Donating, You All Have No Idea How Thankful & Blessed I & His Immediate Family All Are For Everyone’s Help To Make This Happen For Phillip Hodge, So He Can Rest In Peace." She continues to describe the overwhelming love and support they have received, saying, "Handsome… We Love & Miss You Dearly! We Are Gonna Make Your Day Happen & You Will Be At Rest."
The fundraiser, titled "Honoring The Life Of Phillip-Ray-Hodge," was created on June 6, 2024. So far, $1,790 has been raised out of the $8,000 goal through 22 donations. The top donor, Jennifer Clark, contributed $500, showing the community’s strong support. Phillip is survived by his girlfriend Aubreanna and their two children, Addison, who is a week old, and Xavier, who is one year old. He also has another son, Ayden, who is currently one year old.
Phillip was known for his love of family time, his dog Pup, and his passion for driving and playing Fortnite. Aubreanna fondly remembers him as "a big teddy bear in heart, but looked & acted like a bulldog." His love for his family and friends was evident, and he will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
The family is still finalizing the details for Phillip’s funeral. His mother, Bessie, and sister, Jennifer, are working with the funeral home to schedule a date and time. In the meantime, they appreciate any support that can help them through this difficult period.
Aubreanna concluded her plea with a poignant message: "Phillip-Ray-Hodge, We Love You & Hope You Rest In Peace! Your Name, Memories, & Spirit Will Forever Live On With Us ❤️."
For those who prefer to donate through other means, contributions can be sent via Cash-App to $Busybee2371. The funds raised will not only cover the funeral expenses but also support Phillip’s children in the future.
