The late Noble Jose, aged 42, from West Cumbria, tragically passed away recently. Noble, who had moved to the UK with dreams of creating a brighter future for his family, leaves behind his wife Ajina and their two young children, aged 12 and 10. His unexpected demise has left his family in shock and despair.
To aid in repatriating Noble’s body to his homeland for burial and to support his grieving family, the Yukma Charity Foundation (UCF) has initiated a fundraising campaign. Kurian George, General Secretary of Yukma, shared a heartfelt message on Facebook, urging well-wishers in the UK to extend a helping hand to Ajina and her children during this difficult time. "I urge all the well-wishers in the UK to come forward to lend a helping hand to Ajina and her children who are heartbroken by the demise of the head of the family," he wrote.
The GoFundMe campaign, organized by Ajeena Thudiamparambil Varkey, aims to raise £25,000. So far, £1,110 has been raised through 51 donations. Among the donors, Divya Mathew contributed £100, marking the top donation, while Aneesh Sivadas made a recent donation of £25. The campaign emphasizes Noble’s role as a loving husband and caring father, highlighting the family’s need for support to bring him back home and to cope with their loss.
Noble’s journey to the UK was fueled by his ambition for a better career and the welfare of his family. His sudden passing has not only shattered these dreams but has also placed his family in a state of severe emotional and financial distress. The community is now rallying together to ensure Noble receives a dignified farewell and to provide some relief to his bereaved family.
