"Hi guys, as you may be aware, Nick was involved in a serious fatal car accident and has passed away. My mother-in-law Daisy is struggling to afford the funeral and cremation and has been quoted $10,000," Adam wrote on the GoFundMe page. He added, "If you could kindly donate anything to help Daisy with this cost we would really appreciate it so that we can have the funeral Nick so deserves to have and so his family and friends can say their goodbyes."
Among the early supporters are Eli Campbell, who donated $150, Nicola McBain, who contributed $50, and Liza Rowsell and Adam Morgan, who donated $10 and $20, respectively.
On Facebook, Amanda McCormick shared her grief, posting, "My darling friend has been taken too soon. His mother is trying to raise money for his funeral. All of the freedom fighters around me are disappearing. Please help if you can."
