"We are heartbroken to share that on June 13, 2024, we lost Molly McCarver after her brave fight with opioid addiction. Molly was a devoted mother, a loving friend, a cherished daughter, and a wonderful wife. Her spirit was a beacon of light, and she brought joy to everyone around her," Danielle wrote. "Now, we have the opportunity to give back to Molly by helping her wife, Laarni, provide a beautiful and fitting farewell."
A GoFundMe campaign has been organized by Danielle Bonanno to help Laarni cover the funeral expenses. The campaign, titled "Support Laarni in Honoring Molly’s Memory," has raised $621 out of a $20,000 goal from six donations as of today. Contributors include Haley Sherlock, Alison McCorkle, Anthony Wehunt, Diane Sherman, and Kelsey Latimer, with donations ranging from $21 to $200.
