Josh Eiceman, a beloved resident of Palmyra, Pennsylvania, passed away suddenly on June 12th. Josh was a wonderful son, brother, father, and husband, leaving behind two beautiful young children. His sudden departure has left his family and community in mourning.
Josh’s sister-in-law, Kalli Shoster, has organized a GoFundMe campaign to help cover the funeral and memorial costs. As of now, $850 has been raised out of the $10,000 goal, with contributions from Marissa Harbeson, Deborah Freer, and an anonymous donor. Kalli has expressed deep gratitude for any donations and shared that those preferring to donate directly to Josh’s wife, Kara, can do so via her Venmo account.
Josh’s friend, Kody Showers, shared his condolences on Facebook, reminiscing about their high school days and their professional collaboration in recent years. "This is really unfortunate," Kody wrote. "Josh and I were in the same high school graduating class and reconnected about 2 years ago. He was just starting up with his plumbing business and I subcontracted him for a few jobs and we recommended each other for more work and kept in somewhat regular contact. My thoughts and prayers are with Josh’s family at this time."
The community’s support during this difficult time highlights the impact Josh had on those around him and the collective effort to support his family in their time of need.
