The late Josh Cremeans was from Gallipolis, Ohio. The community and his family are grappling with his unexpected passing, making arrangements for his visitation and burial.

Brittany Knight, who is close to Josh, shared the details of the arrangements on Facebook. Kathy Mitchell asked if the post could be made shareable to spread the information, to which Brittany responded affirmatively. Many expressed their grief and support, including Kathy Mitchell, who offered prayers, and Carol Enyart, who simply stated, "So sorry!!"
Tiffany Ann Lambert sent her love to Brittany, while Kenny Sergent and Douglas Price expressed their disbelief and sorrow. Douglas Price, in particular, was shocked, saying, "What… hell no. I just talked to him. Wtf…"
In an effort to support the family, Amanda Clonch organized a fundraiser on behalf of Josh’s sister, Tosha Cremeans, to help cover funeral expenses and other costs. The fundraiser, titled "Stand with Josh Cremeans in His Time of Need," has raised $515 out of its $2,000 goal from 11 donations as of June 9, 2024. Donations have come from individuals such as Jeffrey Harmon, who contributed $100, and Ellen VanNest, who donated $50.
Amanda Clonch emphasized the importance of community support during this difficult time, noting that Josh was always willing to help anyone in need. She encourages those who knew Josh to reach out and offer their support to his sister, Tosha, and his fiancée, Nikki Howell.
The community’s response to the fundraiser and the outpouring of condolences on social media highlight the impact Josh had on those around him and the collective effort to support his family in their time of grief.
