Josephine Adebola Aladekoba, a member of Christ Throne Ministries in Milford Mill, Maryland, lost her battle with cancer after 2 years and 8 months of intensive medical and prayer interventions. Her passing has left a profound void in the lives of her two children, who are currently attending college. Josephine’s husband passed away five years ago, compounding the challenges faced by her children.
Anthony Aladekoba has organized a fundraiser to support Josephine’s children and help secure their future. The fundraiser aims to raise $50,000 to cover funeral expenses, accommodation, and school costs for the children. As of now, only $25 has been raised, contributed by Eva Leung, highlighting the urgent need for more support.
Anthony’s heartfelt message calls for the community to rally around these children and ensure they can continue their education and have a stable life despite the devastating loss of both parents. The fundraiser emphasizes the importance of collective support during such difficult times.
The memorial services for Josephine are scheduled as follows:
- Service of Songs: June 13th, 7pm – 9pm
- Viewing: June 14th, 4pm – 5pm
- Funeral & Interment Services: June 15th, 11am – 2pm
This tragic loss and the subsequent efforts to support Josephine’s children underscore the critical role of community solidarity in helping families navigate through their darkest hours.
