The late Jenn Lipp from Romeoville, Illinois, passed away suddenly on May 26th. The news has left her family and friends in deep shock and mourning. Jenn was a beloved mother, wife, sister, and friend who touched the lives of many people around her. She was known for her passion for bowling and her unwavering support for her children, Addison and Clark, in their volleyball and baseball activities.
A GoFundMe campaign has been organized by Lynn Denn and Jacquie Cleys Howard to support Jenn’s family during this difficult time. The fundraiser, titled "Help Jennifer’s Family in Their Time of Need," aims to raise $12,000 to help cover funeral expenses and provide financial support for her family. As of today, $320 has been raised from six donations, with contributions from Deirdre Sykes, Tim Matlock, Jessica Rueda, Daniel Bailey, and Amanda Burt.
Jenn’s death has elicited an outpouring of grief and condolences from friends and family on social media. Jillian Rahn Kaergard, a longtime friend and fellow bowling teammate, expressed her sorrow, saying, "In shock, lost a longtime friend, heaven gained an angel last night. Fellow bowling teammate and swapped teenage girl advice & stories. You’ll be forever missed Jenn Lipp." Other friends, including Cheryl Romanow Siegel, Anne Walton, Angela Peck-Underwood, and Dave Sbarboro, also shared their condolences, highlighting the impact Jenn had on their lives.
Jenn’s husband, Todd, and their children are now facing the difficult task of moving forward without her. Todd and Jenn had recently celebrated their 7th wedding anniversary, and their daughter Addie just completed her junior year of high school while their son Clark finished third grade. The family has many milestones ahead, and any support from the community will help them navigate this challenging time.
The community’s support through the GoFundMe campaign and heartfelt messages illustrates the deep sense of loss felt by those who knew Jenn and the collective effort to provide some relief to her grieving family.
