The late Jason Brant William Bowen was from Smithfield, North Carolina. His sudden and tragic passing has left his family and community in deep sorrow. Dylan Bowen, his son, is organizing a fundraiser to cover the unexpected costs of Jason’s memorial.
With a goal of $20,000, the fundraiser has raised $780 so far from 19 donations. Contributions range from Steven Novack’s $20 recent donation to Kyle Carmichael’s $150 top donation. Jason Hill made the first donation of $40, showing the initial support for the cause.
Dylan Bowen expressed the family’s grief and the financial challenge they face: "We want to give him the memorial he deserves to say our last goodbyes, however, the costs to do so are much higher than anticipated. Any kind donation would be very much appreciated to put towards this expense."
The family is navigating this difficult time with the support of friends and loved ones. The fundraiser reflects a collective effort to honor Jason’s memory and ease the burden on his family. The community’s generosity, despite their own struggles, highlights the importance of coming together in times of loss.
