Erika Zendejas, a beloved daughter, sister, and mother of one, went missing last Thanksgiving. Despite her family’s efforts to involve police enforcement and local news outlets, the search for Erika ended in tragedy. After seven months, Erika was found deceased in the Willamette River near Canby.
To honor her memory and give Erika the memorial she deserves, her family, led by Veronica Zendejas, has organized a GoFundMe campaign. The goal is to raise $20,000 to cover the funeral expenses. As of now, the fundraiser has gathered $100 from two donations. Carlos Landa and an anonymous donor each contributed $50.
Belinda Alonzo shared her condolences on Facebook, writing, "Fly High Pretty Lady, you will be missed."
Erika’s family is seeking support to reach their fundraising goal and provide a proper farewell for Erika. Veronica Zendejas expressed her gratitude for any assistance during this difficult time.
