The late Davis Sandhosh from Silver Springs, Florida, tragically passed away on June 11, 2024, after a courageous battle against HLH (Hemophagocytic Lymphohistiocytosis). Davis was admitted to the hospital on April 30th, where he fought bravely against the disease with unwavering determination and the tireless efforts of medical professionals. Despite their best efforts, Davis lost his fight, leaving behind his beloved wife, Sowmia, and their two young children, Misty and Nivard.
To support the grieving family during this difficult time, Joseph Kalapurakal has organized a GoFundMe campaign on behalf of Sowmia Edakkoottathil. The campaign aims to raise $50,000 to cover the overwhelming medical expenses and funeral costs. So far, $1,600 has been raised through three donations.
Joseph Kalapurakal contributed $500, Louis Hormies donated $100, and another $1,000 was also given by Louis Hormies. These donations are crucial in providing financial relief to Davis’s family, helping them navigate this challenging period without the added burden of financial strain.
Mini Cheriyan, a friend of the family, shared the campaign on Facebook, urging others to donate and support Davis’s family. "I’d really appreciate it if you would share or donate to this GoFundMe.
