The late Danielle Falcione was from Atascocita, Texas. Her community and family are deeply grieving her loss. Danielle passed away this morning, surrounded by loved ones, leaving peacefully in her husband’s embrace. Her passing has left a void in the hearts of many, but her spirit will remain with those who knew her.
Kriss Wickerham Rusiewicz shared on Facebook, "It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Danielle Falcione this morning. In her final days, she was surrounded by those who loved her the most and left us peacefully in her husband’s embrace. Her spirit will remain with us always. Rest in peace, dear Danielle."
To support the family during this challenging time, a GoFundMe campaign organized by Kristen Rusiewicz was set up to cover hospital and funeral expenses. The community has been very generous, but the campaign remains open for additional contributions. Kristen expressed gratitude for the support received so far, noting the importance of the funds in helping with the costs incurred.
Mary Boburczak, a friend of the family, commented, "I am so sorry."
Leigh Ann Frohnapfel offered her condolences, saying, "Hugs for the entire family. Please let Buddy know he is in my thoughts and prayers."
Chris Obarski shared, "Praying hard for you, friend."
Other friends and family members have also expressed their sorrow and support through social media. Gina Martin Platek wrote, "So very sorry to hear," and Kily Maier added, "Oh, I am so sorry. Thoughts and prayers for all of you."
Danielle’s diagnosis of stage 4 cancer, which had metastasized, brought immense emotional distress to everyone who knew and loved her. The GoFundMe campaign organized by Carys Martin aimed to alleviate the financial burdens that came with her treatment and care. Despite the pain, the community has shown incredible support and solidarity during this difficult time.
As they continue to navigate their grief, the family finds comfort in the outpouring of love and support from friends and the broader community. Danielle’s memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew her, and the collective efforts to support her family highlight the strength and compassion of their community.
