On Tuesday, May 28th, 2024, Alex Gaudreau, his sister Emily, and their family experienced an unimaginable tragedy with the sudden passing of their mother, Dale Gaudreau. Dale was a beloved member of the Rumford community, known for her infectious smile and deep love for her children. She was also heavily involved with her church and always willing to give back.
Dale’s unexpected death has left her family facing significant financial burdens. Alex, who lived with his parents, has had to move temporarily, adding to the financial strain. To help ease this burden, Kimberly Genther organized a GoFundMe campaign, aiming to raise $15,000. So far, they have raised $400 from four donations, with contributions from Paula Turgeon, Kelli Gower, Kimberly Genther, and Lindsay James.
The funds raised will go directly to Alex and Emily Gaudreau to help them cope with the expenses during this difficult time. The community’s support is crucial as the family navigates the long road to recovery and healing after Dale’s untimely death.
