Chad’s mother, Michelle, endured months of uncertainty about his whereabouts before receiving the devastating news of his death. Chad, an incredible artist and a beloved father, shared a special bond with his daughter Mackenzie.
Heather Michael, organizing a fundraiser, stated, "Our family is heartbroken and devastated to announce the passing of our brother, son, father, and dear friend Chad Harbeson." The fundraiser aims to raise $10,000 to cover funeral, transportation, and other expenses. So far, $655 has been raised through 12 donations. Megan Parker made the top donation of $100, while Casey Nelson was the first to donate $20.
Chad was known for his love of playing pool with his brother Andrew and his time spent on the water with his stepfather Hamish. He was a selfless individual who always fought hard for his loved ones. Mackenzie Harbeson shared on Facebook, "Everything has been hard for our family in this tough time, anything helps when trying to make the most memorable celebration of life for someone who’s had an impact on so many lives."
The family continues to seek support to give Chad the beautiful service he deserves, reflecting the profound impact he had on those around him.
