The late Bailey Stith was from Lincoln Park, Michigan. Her sudden passing early Friday morning has left her family and community in deep sorrow. Bailey was only 25 years old, an age filled with promise and potential. She was a remarkable local artist, known for her kindness, care, and the unique ability to brighten up any room with her beautiful soul.
Bailey leaves behind her loving boyfriend Joe, her mother Mollie, father Rob, and three younger siblings: Alyvia, Maddy, and Connor. She also leaves behind a nephew, Clayton, and many more family members. Her sister-in-law, Alyssa Stith, has organized a fundraiser to help ease the unexpected funeral expenses. As of today, the fundraiser has raised $110 out of a $5,000 goal, with donations from Cynthia Kish and Joshua Stith.
On Facebook, Lauren Brown shared her thoughts: "Though I was not super close to Bailey Stith, it was hard not to be affected by her infectious, happy demeanor. I always remembered seeing her in the halls or in drama because she always had such a bright smile on her face. The same can be said with her Instagram account; her kind nature could be felt even through her artwork. She always went out of her way to make others feel comfortable and supported, and that’s something that you just can’t quite miss. It’s a shame to see such a bright light’s life end so shortly. She deserves to be here, sharing her art and smile with the world. If you have the means to, look into buying a piece of her artwork to honor her legacy and memory. Rest easy Bailey."
Alivia Salisbury also paid tribute: "Hi everyone! Bailey was a one-of-a-kind artist. She wanted her art to reach as many people as possible, and in honor of her, I would like to ask everyone to choose a piece of her art and put it as your profile/cover photo. She would love for her art to be blasted all over social media."
Bailey’s passing is a significant loss for her family and all who knew her. Her legacy lives on through her art and the memories of her kindness and vibrant spirit. The community’s support through donations and tributes highlights the impact she had on everyone around her.
