The late Apostle Abraham Lombamo was a dedicated servant of the gospel who spent 57 years spreading the message of Jesus Christ in Ethiopia, Djibouti, and beyond. His life’s work included the establishment of over 300 local churches, leaving a significant impact on countless lives.
In recent months, Apostle Abraham faced a challenging period marked by various medical conditions that left doctors perplexed. He spent six months undergoing treatment at Minilik II and the Black Lion Hospital. Despite their best efforts, Apostle Abraham’s condition did not improve, and he passed away, leaving his family and community in deep mourning.
The family now faces substantial financial burdens due to the extensive medical care and the costs associated with his funeral and memorial services. To help alleviate these expenses, Nahom Yefru has organized a GoFundMe campaign. The goal is to raise $40,000, of which $250 has been raised so far through three donations.
Nahom Yefru, the organizer, expressed the importance of the fundraiser, emphasizing the need to support Apostle Abraham’s family during this difficult time. Contributions will help cover medical bills, funeral costs, and the memorial ceremony to honor Apostle Abraham’s legacy.
The community is encouraged to donate and share the campaign to help reach the fundraising goal and support Apostle Abraham’s family. His memory lives on through the lives he touched and the churches he helped establish, continuing to inspire faith and dedication in the community.
