The late Andre Myers was from Temple Hills. His passing on May 9, 2024, has left his family and friends in deep mourning. Andre, a loving son, father, grandfather, and brother, was cherished by his community. Known for his outgoing nature and his love for the Washington Commanders, Andre’s unexpected death has been a significant blow to those who knew him.
To help with the expenses of his burial, Ebony Pendarvis, a family member, has organized a GoFundMe campaign titled "Assist Andre’s Family in Laying Him to Rest." The campaign aims to raise $5,500, but as of now, only $245 has been collected from four donations. The contributors include Marcellus Worthington, who donated $50, Shaunte Lee with $100, Rachel Watson with $50, and Kenneth Pendarvis with $45.
Andre’s family is grateful for the support received so far and is appealing for more assistance to meet the goal. They appreciate any contribution, no matter how small, and request prayers during this challenging time.
