The late Alyssa Ramey from Hebron, Indiana, tragically passed away on Monday, April 29, 2024, in a car accident, along with her beloved Australian Shepherd, Callie. Alyssa’s cousin, Amber Comer, has started a GoFundMe campaign to help cover the unexpected expenses and provide a fitting headstone for Alyssa and Callie.
Amber describes Alyssa as a person whose smile could light up the darkest rooms and whose laugh was infectious. Alyssa had a deep passion for animals, especially dogs. Callie, her Australian Shepherd, was almost always by her side, showcasing their inseparable bond and mutual affection.
In an effort to honor Alyssa and Callie’s memory, Amber is organizing this fundraiser with a goal of $20,000. The funds will help alleviate the financial burden on Alyssa’s family during this difficult time and ensure that Alyssa and Callie receive the resting place they deserve. Additionally, the remaining inventory from Alyssa’s business, Pawsibly Pampered, is available for purchase at Stoney Run Canine Camp in Hebron, IN, with all proceeds going towards the headstone.
Amber’s plea to the community is not only for financial contributions but also for prayers and support for Alyssa and Callie’s immediate family as they navigate this heartbreaking loss.
