Alba Roca de Escobar, a resident of Escondido, California, passed away after a courageous battle with cancer that lasted over five years. Known for her inspiring spirit, Alba filled her life with faith, love, family, flowers, and laughter. Her final wish was to be buried in El Salvador, her birthplace.
Alba was a kind and generous woman, treating everyone she met as if they were family. She was known for bringing small gifts and cooking delicious homemade meals for her loved ones. Alba also shared her love of plants, giving them as tokens of friendship. Her legacy of love and kindness will continue through her husband, Walter, her children, Nataly and Kevin, and her granddaughter, Adeline.
To fulfill Alba’s last wishes and cover the costs of her funeral and the family’s travel to El Salvador, Centro Cristiano Nuevas de Salvacion has organized a fundraiser. As of now, they have raised $1,070 out of their $10,500 goal. The fundraiser has received nine donations, with contributions from friends and community members.
Alba’s memory lives on through the love she spread and the strong bonds she created. The community’s support reflects the deep impact she had on those around her. Thank you for your generosity in helping honor her final wish.
