His passing came after the devastation of Hurricane Helene, which had left the household struggling to keep essential equipment running, such as the oxygen concentrator he relied on.
Thomas had expressed his wish to be buried alongside his mother’s ashes, a final request that now presents a financial challenge for his friend Tiffiney, who is organizing a fundraiser to help fulfill his wishes. Tiffiney, who has faced reduced work hours and financial strain, is asking the community for support to ensure that Thomas receives the burial he hoped for.
