Thomas Dimitriadis, Oviedo, FL—With profound sadness, we report that Thomas Dimitriadis, the beloved husband of Laura, passed away on the morning of Thursday, August 22nd. The community is coming together in support of Laura and her family during this incredibly difficult time.
Thomas was honored this morning at the Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church of Greater Orlando, where family and friends gathered to pay their respects. The family faces the heavy burden of arranging two funeral services, with Thomas set to be laid to rest in New Hampshire. A second service to honor his memory will take place on Friday, September 6th, at 11:00 am.
A fundraiser has been organized by Elisabeth DeVore to help cover the costs associated with these funeral services. The insurance policy purchased less than two years ago is currently being contested by the insurance company, adding further strain during this challenging time.
The GoFundMe campaign has so far raised $740 out of the $4,760 goal, with four donations received, including generous contributions from anonymous donors and Lisa DeVore. Every donation, no matter the size, is deeply appreciated and will go directly towards honoring Thomas’s wishes for his funeral and burial services.
The Dimitriadis family is grateful for the outpouring of support, whether through donations, prayers, or simply sharing the fundraiser with others. Your kindness and generosity are a source of comfort as they navigate this painful loss.
We are deeply saddened by the passing of Thomas Dimitriadis. Our thoughts and prayers are with Laura and her family during this time of grief.
