Synithia Hall, known affectionately as "Franny" by her loved ones, passed away recently in San Francisco, CA. Franny’s unexpected passing has left her family and friends in deep sorrow. She was a cherished mother of two, with a 26-year-old son and a 14-year-old daughter who just began her high school journey.
Franny’s health challenges began early in life when she was diagnosed with type I diabetes at the age of 14. Despite these struggles, including kidney failure and significant amputations, Franny maintained her kindness and generosity. She suffered cardiac arrest on Tuesday, August 20, 2024, while undergoing dialysis and was rushed to Sutter Health in San Francisco. Unfortunately, following a CT scan on Wednesday, August 22, it was confirmed that she was 100% brain dead.
To honor Franny’s memory, her family has chosen to donate her organs, reflecting her enduring wish to help others even in death. Franny’s cousin, Wynnette Pleas, has set up a fundraiser to help cover the funeral expenses. The fundraiser aims to raise $15,000, but no donations have been received yet. The family hopes to provide Franny’s children with a proper farewell for their beloved mother.
We are deeply saddened by the passing of Synithia Hall. Our thoughts and prayers are with her family during this difficult time.
