Susan Dominguez, Albuquerque, NM—Susan Dominguez, a beloved wife, mother, sister, grandmother, and great-grandmother, is sadly nearing the end of her journey after a sudden battle with cancer. Known for her unwavering dedication to her family, Susan has spent her entire life caring for others, building a strong and loving household alongside her husband, Nestor Sr. Together, they raised three children—Nestor Jr., Bobby, and Reina—who went on to bless the family with 10 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
From an early age, Susan displayed immense strength and responsibility, stepping up to care for her siblings. This nurturing spirit continued throughout her life, as she became the heart of the Dominguez family, always putting her loved ones first. Now, as she prepares to rest peacefully, her family and friends are rallying to support her in return.
A GoFundMe fundraiser has been established by Jaclyn Apodaca on behalf of Lynda Hoppes to help ensure Susan’s comfort and care during this chapter of her life. The community is being asked to come together and contribute to honor Susan’s life and legacy. The first donation of $100 was made by Jackie Apodaca, marking the beginning of what is hoped to be a collective effort to give back to the woman who gave so much of herself to others.
Our hearts go out to Susan Dominguez and her family during this difficult time. May she find peace, and may her family find comfort in the love and memories she leaves behind.
We are deeply saddened and offer our prayers for Susan and her family during this challenging moment.
