Stephen was born on August 11th, 1963, to Glenda Hall and Steve Hall in Union Beach, New Jersey. He was one of four siblings, growing up alongside Kim Haas, Tricia Mills, and Chris Hall. In 1983, Stephen met Jean Naumann Hall, and they married on November 28th, 1987, building a life together in Lehigh Acres, Florida.
