Stanley "Stan" Warren Harrington, Richland, WA— Stanley "Stan" Warren Harrington passed away recently, leaving a deep void in the hearts of his family and the community. He had recently celebrated his 71st birthday and lived a full, adventurous life filled with passion for his hobbies and the people he loved.
Stan was known for his zest for life, whether it was rebuilding engines, traveling the West Coast, playing video games with his grandsons, or enjoying the occasional slot machine. He was a fighter, having bravely overcome cancer once before. However, after a recurrence in August, which spread quickly, he was put on hospice care to maintain his quality of life. Sadly, on the day of his twin grandchildren’s third birthday, Stan passed away.
Stan’s final wishes were to be cremated and have his ashes distributed among his children, grandchildren, best friend, and two surviving brothers. His family is seeking support to help with the expenses of cremation, travel for out-of-state family members, and funeral arrangements. A fundraiser has been established by his daughter Brittany Miller to assist with these costs.
The community has shown its support through generous donations, with $120 raised so far, including contributions from Chenelle Patterson and an anonymous donor. These donations will go directly towards fulfilling Stan’s final wishes.
We are deeply saddened by the loss of Stanley "Stan" Warren Harrington. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family during this difficult time.
