Sherry Clavette, Fargo, ND Community Grieves the Loss of a Beloved Mother

Sherry Clavette, Fargo, ND— Sherry Clavette passed away on December 26th, 2024, after a sudden illness that took her from her family too soon. She was the loving mother of seven children, but her daughter, Megan Nice, who had become very close to her over the last 15 years, was the only one legally responsible for her care and decisions at the time of her passing.

Sherry had been struggling with sepsis and pneumonia, compounded by underlying conditions including diabetes and COPD. After a brief time in the ICU, Sherry was taken off the ventilator at her own request and passed away peacefully. Her death has left her daughter Megan facing the daunting task of managing funeral expenses and other costs.

A fundraising effort has been launched by Megan to help with the financial burden she now faces. As of today, $215 has been raised through generous donations, including contributions from Michelle Patch, Beth Black, and several anonymous supporters.

The community has shown its support for Megan through both donations and heartfelt prayers. Many have expressed their condolences, offering emotional support during this incredibly difficult time.
