A fundraiser has been organized by Denise Coursey on behalf of the Beikoku Shidokan Association and Iha Sensei’s children to honor his life and teachings. The funds will be used for his memorial service, which is scheduled to be held at the Japanese Garden at Michigan State University on August 31, 2024. The goal is to raise $13,000 to celebrate the life of a man who has touched so many lives through his generosity and devotion to karate.
