Randy had been diagnosed with cancer on April 2, 2023. He faced the illness with strength and resilience, but his condition took a severe turn in recent weeks. His wife, April Edgell-Henline, shared the heartbreaking news on social media, expressing her profound sorrow: "I lost my blue eyes, the love of my life this morning at 11:45 am. There’s a GoFundMe page so I can afford the expenses.. anything you can do will help."
A fundraiser has been established by April to help cover the funeral expenses, as the family is struggling financially.
