Phil Bailey, Ocala, FL— Phil Bailey passed away unexpectedly on November 27th, 2024, leaving his family, friends, and community in deep sorrow. After moving to Florida not long ago to start a new life following his retirement, Phil had settled with his wife Theresa in a small home, a dream they had worked hard to achieve. Despite their best efforts, including part-time jobs, Phil’s sudden and untimely death has left Theresa with significant financial challenges.
Phil had been at work when he experienced a massive heart attack, leading to an emergency hospitalization. Despite several days of medical intervention, he passed away, leaving behind a heartbroken wife and friends who knew him for his kindness and generosity.
A fundraiser has been set up by Michelle Popa, a dear friend of the Baileys, to help support Theresa during this difficult time. The campaign aims to ease some of the financial burden that Theresa now faces. As of December 1st, $1,070 has been raised through the kindness of those who donated.
Rae Bailey shared a heartfelt message on social media, saying, "Please if you can, anything helps. I want my mama to be able to focus on her healing and her health instead of bills, and mortgage."
Community members have rallied around the Bailey family, offering their support through donations and thoughtful words. Among those offering condolences were Nico Staffanell, Michael Pike, and others who have shown generosity during this tragic time.
Our thoughts and prayers are with Theresa and the entire family during this incredibly difficult period. May they find strength and comfort in the love and support surrounding them.
