Peggy’s health had been deteriorating for over a year, with both her kidneys and liver in failure. Despite multiple medical interventions, including two operations to control the bleeding in her esophagus, the doctors were unable to stop the internal bleeding. After being placed on life support, Peggy passed away 30 minutes after doctors warned her family of an imminent cardiac arrest.
Peggy was deeply loved by her family, which included her children and her two young grandchildren. Known for her joyful spirit, Peggy was described as a free-spirited woman who always carried a smile on her face despite the struggles she faced in life. Her love for music and dancing made her the "star of the show" among her loved ones, and she left a lasting impact on everyone who knew her.
