Paul Bluhm, Delano, MN—The community is heartbroken as it mourns the loss of Paul Bluhm, who passed away on September 25th after a 13-month battle with esophageal cancer. Paul was a loving father, a devoted husband, and a friend to many, remembered for his kindness and generosity.

Paul’s daughter, Anna Bluhm, shared a heartfelt message through a fundraiser she organized to support her mother in covering cremation, memorial service costs, and pending medical bills. Paul was known as a selfless and giving man who brought his family to a new country and adopted his wife’s children as his own. His love and dedication to his family were evident in every aspect of his life.

For over a year, Paul fought bravely, traveling to the Mayo Clinic for cancer treatments, with his family by his side. Despite their immense efforts, including a crew of 15 who worked tirelessly to resuscitate him before a helicopter arrived for transport, Paul passed away. His family is devastated by the loss, but they hold on to the precious memories and the love he shared with them.

Donations have already begun to pour in, with Presley Rumsey contributing $200 and two anonymous donors giving $15 and $45, respectively. The family appreciates every bit of support during this difficult time as they navigate their grief and financial challenges.
