Pat Whittaker, a cherished member of the Abergele community, has sadly passed away. Pat, often affectionately referred to as “Aunty Pat” or “Nanna Pat,” was known for her boundless energy, her love for a good celebration, and her generosity to all those around her. Pat passed away suddenly on Sunday, October 13th, leaving behind a deep sense of loss for the many who knew and loved her.

Pat was a pillar of the community, always at the heart of every gathering and event. She was renowned for bringing people together, whether it was for a barbecue, games on the green, or simply spending time with friends and family at her home. Her front door was always open to everyone, and she had a special gift for making each moment feel joyous. Her playful nature, especially with the children, left an indelible mark on the lives of those around her.

In this difficult time, Ruth Davies has organized a fundraiser to support Pat’s family with funeral costs, aiming to raise £1,000. The community has already shown their love and support, with donations steadily coming in.
